The cart shall hold a capacity of approximately thirty-five (35) US gallons with a load rating in excess of one hundred twenty (120) lbs. 3.9.2 The body of the cart shall be one piece. The interior shall be smooth and free from crevices, recessed projections, and other obstructions where recyclables could become trapped. The exterior shall be smooth with no protruding parts. 3.9.3 The axle shall be made of steel. The cart shall be designed with a foot-operated tilt feature designed into the axle area to facilitate easy tipping. 3.9.4 The wheels shall be blow molded and shall be snap-on type for ease of assembly.
