Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.1 Required Square Footage is estimate at 50,000 Sq. Ft gross. 2.2.2 Building must contain a minimum of 2,000 sq. ft (Not to exceed 2,500 sq. ft of warehousing space with a ramp (Floating Dock) within facility for loading and unloading area is a MUST. The loading area and small warehouse must be attached. 2.2.3 Direct loading dock to data center pathway – at least 9 ft height and 6 FT WIDE foot path. 2.2.4 Warehouse needs to accommodate all long-and short-term storage needs. This includes Network and Cabling, Rack Space, IT Equipment. 2.2.5 Required Parking including Handicap and Loading and Unloading. Loading and unloading will be separate, but at least 4 spaces per 1,000 sq. ft. 2.2.6 Building needs to contain Common space requirements for kitchen or break areas and meeting rooms. 2.2.7 Preferred that AOC Judicial Information Systems is the only Building Occupant. 2.2.8 Data Center - Minimum of 5,000 sq. ft. dedicated to housing and maintaining a Commercial IT Data Center with back-up power generation and temp and humiditycontrolled room. The Data Center MUST be on the first floor on slab. 2.2.9 Separate dedicated entrance into the Data Center facility
