1. All roadside tree care shall be performed in accordance with Title 08 of the Department of Natural Resources Maryland Forest Service (DNR), under the Administration’s DNR permit. Where necessary, the Contractor shall secure permits and coordinate work with the DNR. In addition, the Contractor shall be a DNR Licensed Tree Care Expert. 2. The Contractor shall remove felled trees and debris from the site. The Contractor shall not use the contract time to cut and stack wood on his/her vehicle. 3. The makeup of the work crew will be approved by the Engineer prior to the start of work. At all sites and in each situation, the Engineer will prescribe or approve the work schedule or procedure to follow. All work shall include the following: A) All labor required for entire operation B) All equipment required for entire operation D) All other incidentals needed for this operation
