The successful Offeror shall: i. Review all general conditions, plans, details, specifications and permits to develop a comprehensive understanding of the work involved. ii. Provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, necessary supervision, and all other items incidental to the construction of the Blohm Park Trail Improvement Project as laid out and shown on the Bloom Park Trail Improvement Site Plans - Exhibit A, the Bridge and Gazebo Structural Assessment Report – Exhibit B, Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) Wetlands and Waterways Permit-23-NT-3280/202361836– Exhibit C, including: a) Stakeout of approved Limit of Disturbance (LOD), existing and proposed trails, erosion and sediment control, proposed stream crossings and site improvements, etc.; b) Installation, maintenance, and removal of all erosion and sediment control measures; c) Installation of the fair-weather stream crossing stepping-stones and overlapping steps; d) Installation of timber bench seating, trellis swing, stacked timber retainers, concrete pad with bike rack and trash can, trail and interpretive signage; e) Construction of the wetland overlook structure; f) Repair/replace the existing gazebo, gazebo access bridge and the existing wood framed trail bridge as per the Structural Assessment Report - Exhibit B; and g) Restoration of site including permanent stabilization of all disturbed areas as directed.
