a. Provide behavioral health therapy services and facilitate referral to psychiatric services, as deemed necessary, to eligible families with students in FCPS. b. Behavioral health therapy services will be provided in designated schools and/or community partnership locations as determined by the provider and CASS Coordinators and based on client volume as well as space and therapist availability. c. Therapists will communicate with their clients’ parent/legal guardians at least once per month regarding therapy progress. d. The provider will assign a clinically licensed liaison (LCSW-C, LCPC, licensed clinical psychologist, or PsyD) who has supervisory authority and is available to meet with the designated CASS Coordinator regarding the partnership throughout the year and at a Frederick County location. Communication between the parties will occur, at a minimum, once a month, in person or via conference call, to review partnership progress and planning. The liaison also must be available by phone and email to respond to questions and address concerns when needed.
