Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. MEDIA DEVICES 1.1 Contractor shall supply media devices with Ethernet connectivity that can hold 1000 songs in an audio file, e.g. MPEG Audio Layer 3 (MP3) format or comparable at each MVA location listed in Table I. 1.2 Media devices must be compatible with MVA-provided VoIP PBX (NEC SV9500) as the music equipment will be tied into a music port on PBX by the PBX vendor. This allows continuous play to be interrupted by the PBX paging system. 1.3 Media devices must be compatible to work with the NEC SV9500 and UG50 devices using Voice over Internet Protocol. 1.4 Media devices and/or components shall not require outside installation (satellite, cellular, etc.). 2. MEDIA REQUIREMENTS 2.1 Music shall be 100% digital delivery with no static. 2.2 MVA shall have the ability to control the volume. 2.3 Personalized, professionally produced audio voice greeting informing customers of hours of operation, closings, and special MVA related announcements. 2.4 Personalized MVA announcements shall be rotational and play at scheduled times defined by the MVA Contract Manager. 2.5 General advertisements shall not be permitted. 2.6 Each device should include the following music download and percentage of play time: • 25% Soft Rock Censored • 25% Pop Hits Censored • 25% Today’s Country Censored • 25 % Smooth Jazz Censored 2.7 Only Christmas Instrumentals shall be played from December 1st to December 26th, each year. 2.8 General advertisements shall not be permitted.
