The project is to renovate the existing pharmacy (~1100SF) and expand the work area an additional ~600SF in the Navy Exchange (B2369) to accommodate additional personnel. The current staff has exceeded the occupant load and there is a requirement to expand the facility. Phasing construction is required due to the facility’s need to remain operational. The project includes, but is not limited to expanding intake/outtake area; reconfiguring fill/production area, office, kitchen, restroom, and break area; relocating and installing additional intake/outtake windows; installing ADA compliant window, storage shelves, sink, and infrastructure for access control and security system; replacing rooftop HVAC unit and related ductwork.
