Specifications include, but are not limited to: •TheContractorshall furnish all labor, supervision, miscellaneous parts, equipment, tools,transportation, and methods of communication for worked performed under the Contract. •The Contractor shall respond to repair service calls within forty eight (48)hours after notification. The preventative maintenance schedule shall be coordinated with the MDOT SHA authorized representative.•Furnishing all, supplies, equipment, and supervision for all lift service and other mechanical repairs/services to include but not limitedtothe following:oAir CompressorsoLiftsoTanksoPumpsoOil Lines and Reels•Regular service shall be made available between the hours of 7:30 AM. -4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding State recognized holidays. All work requested outside of these timesshall be considered emergencyafter hour service, and shall be charged at overtime rates not to exceed one and half times the routine hourly rate as specified in the bid. The State recognized holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,LaborDay,Thanksgiving Day,and Christmas Day. No Work shall be performed at overtime rates without prior approval by the Contract Manager•Contractor shall provide preventative maintenanceand repairservicesin accordance with accepted industry standardsand manufacturers recommendations. Work shall include, but not limited to, inspecting, cleaning, adjusting and lubricating of all moving parts and checks for wear, cracks or broken parts on the telescoping lift arms, chains and cables, pistons, air/oilsystems, motors, and gearboxes. Also Contractor is to inspect soil condition for in-ground lifts. NOTE:If during an inspection any lift reveals an unsafe condition the Contractor must notify the ContractManager at once before leaving that site.
