Specifications include, but are not limited to: This contract is intended to have qualified and responsible Contractor(s) provide vehicle body repair and painting services to passenger vehicles and light, medium, and heavy trucks pursuant to the bid specifications noted in this document. This specification is intended to qualify multiple vendors for the purpose of performing auto body and collision repairs on county owned automobiles and trucks. Qualified vendors will be given the opportunity to prepare written estimates on County vehicle body and collision repairs. 3.2.2. TYPES OF VEHICLES: a) Group A: Cars, Light Duty Trucks up to Class 2. b) Group B: Medium Duty Trucks, Paratransit Buses, Buses, Aerial and Bucket Trucks through Class 6. c) Group C: Heavy Duty Trucks, Trash Trucks, Flat Bed Trucks, Road Tractors (trucks), Wheel Loaders, Aerial Bucket Trucks, Steel Drum Rollers, Pavers, Industrial & Agricultural Forklifts, Gradalls, Jet-Vacs, Pothole Trucks, Sweepers & Leaf Vacuum Machines, Leaf Clean Up Trucks, Agricultural & Mowing Tractors, Snow Removal Vehicles & Equipment and all other Heavy-Duty Vehicles on road and off road. d) Group D: Fire & Apparatus, Fire/Rescue Vehicles (Pumpers, Ambulances, Ladder Trucks and Rescue Squads).
