Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Contractor shall: Furnish all necessary material, labor, and equipment required to remove and replace three (3) pairs of automatic doors on the Club Level of Oriole Park at Camden Yards. All work must be in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications (Exhibit I – Automatic Door Replacement) contained herein. 3.2.1 The Contractor is responsible for removing and replacing the existing three (3) sets of automatic doors on the club level with the doors as outlined in the project specifications (Exhibit I). Work includes but is not limited to the replacement of door pivots, exit devices, exterior hardware trim, thresholds, closers, center mullions, weather stripping, sensors, push buttons, electronics, etc. 3.2.2 The Contractor must submit their complete design of door replacement (including manufacturer names) to MSA for approval prior to start of work. 3.2.3 The Contractor shall warrant their work for a period of two (2) years from the date of substantial completion. Additional material warranties are required and outlined in the specifications. 3.2.4 The contractor shall install Securitron Mag-Locks with both position and bonding sensors for all doors. These locks are to be controlled by, contractor installed and programmed, Prox Readers, emergency push to exit buttons, and frame mounted dual zone motion controls. Door locking system must be interconnected with the existing fire alarm system and approved by Baltimore City Fire Department and the State of Maryland Fire Marshall. Contractor must integrate the completed system into MSA’s access control system.
