Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT MTA or the "Administration") is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) in order to procure the services defined in this Section 2, as specified in this IFB, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the MDOT MTA: The Access Control Department is responsible to provide security and its core mission is based on the necessity to increase the agency’s overall physical security systems. This Contract provides preventative maintenance (PM), regular and emergency repairs to thirty (30) automatic sliding door systems and one revolving door system. Locations of these door systems are listed in Appendix “A” of this Contract. Automated Door Systems can be added or deleted to appendix “A” at any time during the length of this contract.
