Specifications include, but are not limited to: Monitor secure server transfer of information from provider agencies, Service Coordinators, and the MDH; Take action on reportable events referred to MSDE by Service Coordinators, parents, and/or provider agencies, as appropriate; Refine and manage the AW reportable events tracking database, including the submission of Corrective Action Plans (CAP); Analyze trends and patterns of reportable events, developing formative and summative reports on quality indicators, as required by the CMS approved application; Conduct training and technical assistance to Service Coordinators and provider agencies on the Reportable Events policy, including timely submission, requirements and corrective action; Assist the Provider Interagency Medicaid Monitoring Team (PIMMT) with monitoring AW provider agencies to ensure compliance with Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) 10.09.56 for the AW; Recommend revision to rules, regulations, and procedures to support the administration and expansion of AW services, regulatory changes to COMAR 10.09.56, quality assurance spreadsheets, and performance measure reports; and Assist with the tracking of Statewide AW Registry letters, refining and managing the Registry tracking database and developing formative and summative reports on the status of Registry letters.
