The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive asset mapping initiative to identify and analyze available community resources, services, and programs in Queen Anne’s County. This process will include gathering data from various service providers, government agencies, nonprofits, and community stakeholders to develop a structured inventory of educational, health, economic support, housing, workforce development, and family services. The vendor will also engage with local residents and key stakeholders through focus groups, surveys, and community meetings to validate the findings and ensure that identified assets and service gaps reflect actual community needs. Additionally, the vendor will support the strategic development of a Community Collaboration Hub by recommending a governance structure, operational framework, and coordination mechanisms for interagency partnerships. This Hub will serve as a centralized platform to facilitate service accessibility, track resource utilization, and improve overall community collaboration. A final report summarizing the asset mapping findings, community feedback, and strategic recommendations will be required, along with actionable insights to guide future investment and policy decisions.
