Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide armored car services for daily cash pickup, and deliveries Monday through Friday, excluding State Holidays and publicly announced emergency days (See below). Holidays, There are eleven (11) State Holidays per Year; twelve (12) in a general election year. The Holidays observed are as follows: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and the day afterward, Christmas Day. Pick-Up for these holidays will not be necessary. Publicly announced emergency days off (including full an part days off), in the case of events such as hurricanes snow storms, etc. As declared by the Governor or other duly responsible authorities, will be observed by MDH, and consequently no Pick-Up will be required for these days. b. The Division of Vital Records has determined a time for daily pickup of between 11:30 PM and 4:00 PM. This time may only be changed upon written request by the Contractor and approval by the Contact Manager.
