Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure the lowest price for the City of Baltimore (City) in accordance with specifications and documents contained herein for acquiring a qualified aquatics management firm to support lifeguard services at Baltimore Recreation and Parks (BCRP) aquatic facilities during the outdoor pool season by providing lifeguards to increase staffing and operations at several public pools throughout the city. B. Quantities contained herein are for bidding purposes only. They represent the City’s best estimate of its requirements: however, the actual quantities ordered may be more or less for the services as further described in the Detailed Specifications section of this solicitation.
