Hydrilla and American Lotus control: Objective: Where applicable, maintain 3+ ppb Sonar ONE ® in treatment areas for 90 days; in areas where Sonar One cannot be utilized, Harpoon G is recommended; Clearcast for American Lotus control. It is highly recommended that the chosen applicator tracks their treatment with GPS software to ensure adequate placement of product. Application #1 – at onset of hydrilla growth (May), broadcast Sonar ONE® pellets at the following rates per site – Total: • Site 1 (1.25 acres); 40.5 lbs. SonarOne • Site 2 (0.5 acres); 11 lbs. SonarOne • Site 3 (3.5 acres); 184 lbs. SonarOne Application #2 – 3 weeks after initial application (June), broadcast Sonar ONE ® pellets to site 1-3, Harpoon G at site 4, and Clearcast on Site 5 with a foliar spray using a surfactant at the following rates per site – Total: • Site 1 (1.25 acres); 40.5 lbs. SonarOne • Site 2 (0.5 acres); 11 lbs. SonarOne • Site 3 (3.5 acres); 184 lbs. SonarOne • Site 4 (3.0 acres); 240 lbs. Harpoon G • Lotus Site (0.25 acres); 16 fluid oz Clearcast Application #3 – 6 weeks after initial application (early July), broadcast Sonar ONE® pellets at the following rates per site – Total: • Site 1 (1.25); 42.5 lbs SonarOne • Site 2 (0.5 acres); 11 lbs SonarOne • Site 3 (2.3 acres); 184 lbs SonarOne After applications one and two, bioassay will be completed at each hydrilla treatment area (8 total).
