Specifications include, but are not limited to: Winterization & Maintenance for an air atomized truck mounted striper. Scope of work to include 1) pump tanks & guns - flush out the pump, paint tanks and guns, clean as needed, 2) tanks - remove dried paint from tanks & lids, install new lid gaskets, 3) plumbing - remove, inspect, clean & reinstall paint plumbing, 4) paint hoses - install new paint hoses for clear flow to the guns, 5) gauges/regulators - test for proper operation, 6) screens -remove, clean and reinstall in manifolds & paint filters, 7) heat exchangers - clean exchangers & replace end gaskets, 8) furnace - test & adjust for proper burn, replace fuel filter & nozzle, 9) overall test of system - check for leaks & insure proper operation, 10) rebuild guns (paint or glass bead), and 11) rebuild paint pump (Wilden), replacing all diaphragms, ball checks & seats and air valve rebuild. Price shall include transportation charges to and from County location.
