Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide and install mag locks and the card readers to be incorporated into the existing DSX Access Control System.; B. Provide and install one (1) intercom system at the 12th Floor Receptionist Desk Area; C. Provide and install a Buzzer Release at the Receptionist Desk Area to open the existing mag locked elevator lobby glass door and the new interior suite entry wooden door.; D. Provide a card reader for the new interior suite entry wooden frame double door.; E. All Card readers, a Buzzer Release and the Intercom system shall be installed in accordance with the following construction drawing (issued for construction use) located on the 12th, 13th and 14th Floor - 12th Floor Construction Plan IA-110, 12th Floor Power/Construction Plan IA-130 , 12th Floor Electrical Power/Comm Plan E-100, 13th Floor Power/Comm Plan IA-130 and 14th Floor Electrical Power/Comm Plan E-101, Dwg IA -601 Schedules & Details and must conform to all local building codes.; F. Provide all manufacturers product warranties on all parts, materials, and any other product or guarantees offered for representations, warranties, covenants, acknowledgments, and agreements set forth.; G. The Contractor agrees to provide the services set forth in the approved construction drawings.; H. The Contractor shall obtain, at its expense, all licenses, permits, insurance, and governmental approvals, if any, necessary to the performance of its obligations under this Contract.; I. The Contractor shall assume sole responsibility for all work to be performed under this Contract. The Contractor shall perform the services with the standard of care, skill, and diligence normally provided by nationally recognized consultants in the performance of services like those to be performed hereunder. The Contractor agrees to discharge its responsibilities with respect to the Maryland State Retirement Agency (i) solely in the interest of the beneficiaries and participants of the Agency and (ii) otherwise in accordance with the terms of this Contract.; J. The Contractor must be qualified to do business in the State of Maryland and take such action as to remain qualified throughout the duration of this construction project.; K. It shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to its activities and obligations under this Agreement.; 3.2.3 12th Floor - Investment Group Area: A. Add (1) Card reader to the interior Entry Suite wooden frame door with a lite kit.; B. Add (1) Intercom (Airphone JF-2AED/JFS-2AED (attached photo) to be installed to the inside and to the left of the receptionist window.; C. Provide and install Buzzer at the Reception Area #121 as shown on the drawing to allow for it to release both the mag locks on Glass Elevator Lobby doors and the new interior Entry Suite door.; 3.2.4 13th Floor - IS Group Area: A. Requirements total of 4 card readers; B. Glass Entry Suite Double Door; C. Room #154- Print Room (double doors)
