Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.4.1 Provide a curriculum that is developed by an individual with an Art Education Degree and at least 15 years experience teaching art to children and adults 3.4.2 Site Directors/Instructors shall be at least 21 years in age with experience in Art, Education, Graphic Design or a related field. 3.4.3 Assistant Instructors shall be at least 18 years in age 3.4.4 All of the Successful Quoter teaching staff shall produce a certificate of completion of a art related training program for teaching children and adults 3.4.5 Have five (5) or more years teaching children. 3.4.6 Provide a variety of programs including Art for All, Wild Things, Dolls, Fashion Design, Basic Drawing, Water Colors, Printmaking and Chalk Pastels ages 5-adult. 3.4.7 Provide a minimum 1:10 instructor to student ratio 3.4.8 Provide three (3) professional references from surrounding counties 3.4.9 Provide eight up to (8) weeks of programming during the summer with enough Instructors to offer multiple programs in the same week. 3.4.10 Provide weekday and weekend programming during school year and summer 3.4.11 Provide additional advertisement on the Successful Quoters website and printed materials 3.4.12 Shall provide all materials 3.4.13 Is responsible for maintenance of all areas used in the county facility. Recreation and Parks shall: 3.3.1 Advertise program in program guide, flyers, website and e-mails 3.3.2 Collect registrations 3.3.3 Secure location and rooms of programs 3.3.4 Provide the instructor with an attendance sheet 3.3.5 Process payment at the conclusion of the program (once an invoice and attendance sheets are given to the County Program Supervisor) via credit card or direct payment
