Specifications include, but are not limited to: REQUIREMENTS 2.2.1 CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITES: 2.2.1.1 For each of the estimated 10,000 annual to-be-determined files subject to arrest disposition recovery services under this Contract, Contractor shall be responsible for conducting and documenting a full, complete and accurate processing and resolution of each and every individual Date of Arrest (DOA) event, enumerating those reports requiring correction and the nature of the correction required so as to allow Maryland to assume full ownership of the criminal file now maintained by the FBI. 2.2.1.2 In performing the research and documentation outlined in 2.2.1, above, Contractor shall perform the following due diligence: (1) make inquiry of CJIS-CR-maintained Web Archive to ensure all fingerprint card events are included on the Criminal History Record Information (CHRI) data base while concurrently (2), making inquiry of the FBI-maintained NCIC data base to ensure (a) all arrests on the FBI record are also on the Maryland record (b) all records expunged or remanded to juvenile status are documented for subsequent removal from the FBI record (c) the documentation for subsequent updating all missing arrests and dispositions on the Maryland record and (d), query of Maryland State Achieves and the Maryland District and Circuit Courts for disposition information, documenting same for subsequent updating of the Maryland record. 2.2.1.3 In meeting the requirements set forth in 2.2.1 and 2.2.2, above, Contractor shall keep any and all records and other documentation necessary so as to allow CJIS-CR to perform any final updating of records identified by Contractor as required to ensure Marylands full ownership of the record in question as well as ensuring its accuracy and completeness. 2.2.1.4 Contractor must agree that all personnel are trained and credentialed, to include being subject to a full and complete Federal and State criminal background check, and are to be directly employed and supervised by the Contractor. Personnel assigned may not be removed from the performance of the contract except with the approval of the Contract manager.
