The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has a requirement for a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for NARA’s internal collaboration network to continue providing an internal social media networking site for internal employee collaboration beyond the current contract's expiration date on February 29, 2024. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
