The 2025 Joint Base Andrews (JBA) Air Show is scheduled to occur September 12-14, 2025. In support of the Air Show effort, the contractor shall provide comprehensive services to deliver, set up, maintain, tear down, and remove tables, tents, and chairs in support of the 2025 Joint Base Andrews (JBA) Air Show. This service will be provided in designated locations on Joint Base Andrews. This includes the timely transportation and installation of all required furniture and shelter equipment at designated locations on the event grounds, ensuring all items are safely and securely positioned to accommodate event activities and attendees. Following the conclusion of the air show, the contractor will be responsible for the efficient dismantling and removal of all rented equipment, leaving the site clean and orderly. The contractor shall provide two on-site support personnel during the event dates to monitor the tents, address any issues promptly, and ensure continuous operation. All work must comply with JBA regulations and meet all requirements IAW PWS (attachment 1) and conform to Tent Set up - Inside View (attachment 2) and Tent Set up - Placement View (attachment 4).
