Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Monthly Maintenance 2024 – All work to be completed with one monthly visit MayOctober 1) Monthly weeding of existing planting bed and tree rings 2) Deadheading of perennials as necessary 3) Selective pruning of shrubs both evergreen and blooming as needed 4) Application of pre-emergent to all plantings beds and tree rings for weed control 5) Haul-off of all refuse monthly b) Spring Maintenance 2024 1) Removal of leaves and natural occurring debris from all planting beds 2) Application of selective pre-emergent to inhibit weed growth in planting beds 3) Application of both Holly-tone and Plant Tone fertilizer to all existing plant materials 4) Installation of double shredded hardwood mulch to all planting bed and tree rings 5) All debris generated shall be hauled off from site c) Winter 2024 1) Mid-Winter visit 2) Removal of leaves and natural occurring debris from entire Lawyers mall area 3) Selective pruning of existing plant material as needed 4) Haul-off of all refuse d) Fall Maintenance 2024 1) Removal of natural occurring debris from all planting beds 2) Prune and cut back perennials, shrubs, liriope and ornamental grasses as necessary 3) Application of selective pre-emergent to inhibit weed growth in all planting beds 4) All debris generated will be hauled from site 5) Installation of double shredded hardwood mulch to all planting beds and tree rings e) Fall Leaf Removal 2024 1) Removal of all fall leaves and natural occurring debris from grounds proper and planting beds 2) Haul-off of all refuse 3) Two visits required and shall be scheduled in November and December 2024 f) Summer Annuals 2024 1) Installation of seven hundred fifty (750) - six-inch (6 inches) summer annuals in designated areas for season color change out 2) Installation of pine fines amendments to all areas proposed for planting. Areas newly planted to be top-dressed with premium hardwood mulch 3) Installation included first watering with fertilizer g) Fall Annuals 2024 1) Installation of seven hundred fifty (750) – six (6”) inch fall annual pansies in designated areas for seasonal color change out 2) Installation of pine fines amendments to all areas proposed for planting. Areas newly planted to be top dressed in premium hardwood mulch 3) Installation includes first watering with fertilizer h) Seasonal Watering 2024 1) Bi-weekly watering of planting beds to begin first week in June 2024, through the end of June 2024 to establish newly installed seasonal annuals. Exiting irrigation to be main source of watering for remaining months 2) Frequency may vary due to weather. All waterings will include water soluble fertilizer to help establish and boost growth 3) Waterings to be invoiced at the end of June 2024
