Description

It is the intent of this RFDP for Montgomery County to enter into a contract with a firm (the “Contractor”) to provide a scalable Community Solar (Net Metering) Solution for combined output from above-ground multi-story garages (Garage 4, Garage 5, Garage 7 & Garage 9) to meet the maximum megawatt (“MW”) and megawatt hour (“MWh”) viable solar projects under the Washington SREC and/or Maryland SREC values and their respective TAX credit incentives for private third-party Contractors. Montgomery County will receive annual lease revenue from the selected Contractor.
