Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Assistance with air travel, both international and domestic, for individuals and groups • Assistance with accommodations • Assistance with car rental and other ground and water transportation • Athletic travel expertise • Student group travel expertise • Provide in-trip assistance and support, including after hours support • Assistance with training • Supply system support in regards to the Concur Booking Tool • Promote the TMC and the Concur Booking Tool • Provide Reporting A. Reservation and fulfillment services including online reservations via the Concur Travel Booking Tool and reservations via the TMC directly (phone/email) B. University travel processes and travel management expertise, including familiarity with Grant work, State Government travel and the Fly America Act C. 24/7 travel support services D. Designated agents who will work solely with the University of Maine System E. Travel planning that guides the traveler/arranger to cost-efficient options within travel policy F. Customer support and assistance with domestic & international group travel arrangements including airfare, all ground and water transportation, includes but not limited to: • Ability to handle our Athletics program professionally and efficiently with consideration of our size and the individual needs of each campus’s programs • Ability to support the University’s international travel and study abroad programs, including but not limited to, executing travel arrangements for groups comprising of staff, faculty, and students G. Provide estimates of travel cost as requested by University Departments for budget planning.
