Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Maine System is seeking responses to provide technical platform that will allow campuses and departments to solicit feedback from customers with surveys, record results, analyze trends, report results, respond to customer feedback and use the information to enhance programs to improve desired system wide and campus goals and objectives. The solution would support both quantitative and qualitative surveys as defined in this document. This document provides instructions for submitting responses, the procedure and criteria by which the Respondent(s) will be selected, and the contractual terms which will govern the relationship between the University and the awarded Respondent(s).
