Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work in partnership with Department to plan and coordinate a Statewide Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Learning Community, known as the SUPPORT for ME SUD Learning Community, that offers a set of central educational programs and resources to Prescribing Clinicians and Medical Practice Teams providing treatment to individuals with SUD/Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), while also supporting and coordinating educational activities with award Bidder(s) of the Region Node Provider RFP 202003046. Develop curriculum and methods for providing centralized SUD education and trainings to Prescribing Clinicians Statewide, through a combination of in-person and distance-based learning methods that include, at a minimum: Project ECHO programs; Educational webinars; Real-time expert consultation to Prescribing Clinicians and Medical Practice Teams; Statewide educational meetings; Web-based tools and resources; and Moderated listserv. Provide an outline describing the plan for the number and/or frequency of the proposed SUD education and trainings to be provided. Coordinate educational efforts with the Regional Node Providers to provide on-site trainings and technical assistance for Prescribing Clinicians and Medical Practices in the proposed area(s) of the State. Provide in-person/on-site services in areas where there is no Regional Node Provider available to meet the educational needs of requesting Prescribing Clinicians. Ensure the SUPPORT for ME SUD Learning Community curriculum incorporates guiding principles, which: Are data-driven and uses ongoing data collection to inform rapid cycle improvement; Links the educational curriculum to targeted SUD/OUD treatment outcomes; Is developed to serve an interdisciplinary team (i.e. for both Prescribing Clinicians and Medical Practice Team members);
