Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work in partnership with the Department and the Statewide Provider to implement SUPPORT for ME SUD Learning Community that will offer a set of central educational programs and resources to Prescribing Clinicians and Medical Practice Teams providing treatment to individuals with SUD/Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). Identify the specific Medical Practices the Bidder proposes to serve, including the total number of Prescribing Clinicians and Medical Practice Team members who will be served. Provide technical assistance, quality improvement support, and coaching available to Prescribing Clinicians, Medical Practice Teams, and other clinicians to support: Implementation of practice workflows that support evidence-based SUD screening, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery; Quality improvement support for Medical Practice changes needed to improve care for identified improvement priorities for individuals across the lifespan (e.g. substance-affected infants; youth; adults; older adults); Academic Detailing and education to support evidence-based clinical decision makin.
