This RFP is intended to provide residential treatment service 24/7/365, to approximately one hundred sixty (160) women per year, eighteen (18) years of age and older, who are assessed with having a SUD and meet the criteria for ASAM Level 3.5 services, and shall include accommodations for women with children, ages newborn to five (5) years old. The Department anticipates the utilization of ASAM Level 3.5 will provide eligible women, whose addiction is out of control, with a safe and stable living environment. These twenty-four (24) hour residential treatment and support services will allow eligible women to learn and practice recovery skills as well as develop pro-social behaviors which will strengthen the individual to prevent relapse as they transition to a lower level of care and back to the community.
