Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide relay presentations, small group hands-on relay demonstrations and equipment trainings, “Relay-Friendly Business” outreach and trainings (to include training on all call types and not just TTY), and up to six one-on-one relay appointments per month on a first- come, first-served and as-needed basis. The Provider will use these opportunities to educate relay users on all features and services available in Maine through the contract for services that the Maine Telecommunications Relay Services Council has with Sprint Communications to provide TRS and CapTel/CTS services.
