Specifications include, but are not limited to: review the entire current road centerline and structure database layers against additional source data to adjust the geometries to meet the National Spatial Data Infrastructure’s (NSDI) National Standard for Spatial Data Accuracy outlined in NENA-STA-006.1-2018. All additional features that are discovered during this process will also be added to the existing data layers. ; Provide both project and implementation management skills equal to the task of gathering, analyzing, updating and creating any necessary GIS data and related processes. Provide an implementation strategy to ensure that any new, modified or other recommended GIS data be integrated into the existing operational NG9-1-1 GIS solution used by Maine. Provide the necessary and complete solution and services utilizing the existing Maine hardware and Data Center services. This requires coordination with the Department’s staff. Provide proof of demonstrated and verifiable capabilities and experience with references covering NG9-1-1 specific GIS data efforts and solutions including but not limited to: GIS Map development Road Centerline data development and refinement Address Point data development and refinement. ; Review and refine existing road centerline data re-aligning the geometries to meet the new NENA spatial accuracy standard of 1:5000.
