Specifications include, but are not limited to: Two large rooms located within the same building for training sessions: One large room set up in a classroom style for at least 250 participants for both days of the conference. One large room set up in a classroom style for at least 150 participants for both days of the conference. For both rooms: Spacing shall allow participants a minimum of 36 inches to sit comfortably with open 3” binder notebooks and take notes without impinging on the space of participants to either side of them. Classroom style seating means that participants are seated at tables and must all be able to face the front of the room from where presentations are being made. Tables are to be skirted or in some other way fitted with modesty accommodations. All participants must have an unobstructed view through to the dais or to a large screen projection of the proceedings and presentations. Ideally, there will be one or two screens at the front of the room, with two more screens placed midway on each side of the room, depending on the room’s dimensions. Acoustics must enable all participants to hear clearly. Audio speakers not suspended from or built into the ceiling must have placements no closer than 15 feet to participants.
