Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide leadership at all Maine Flex Network quarterly meeting by: Coordinating the planning; Developing the agenda; and Facilitating the meetings. Provide Project Management and project documentation utilizing the Department’s Project Management software, Smartsheet. Project Management/documentation shall be tracked for each Critical Access Hospital (CAH) participating in the Network. Participate in monthly meetings with and at the request of the Department, to discuss progress and plan future activities. Meetings may be held on-site in Augusta, Maine or via web meeting and/or conference call. Support the Department in evaluation of the Network consortium by gathering feedback from CAH Network participants to identify and record: Opportunities for improvements; Concerns on any subject from the CAHs; and Document all observations/finding in the Smartsheet. Provide support for the ongoing Maine Flex CAH Network Needs Assessments, evaluation and technical assistance tracking. Document and track each CAHs needs identified during the Needs Assessments, and/or individual technical assistance encounters, using Smartsheet. There will be one (1) ongoing needs assessment required for each of the sixteen (16) CAHs in Maine. Support the Department and key stakeholders in conducting and completing the Maine Flex program area 1: CAH QI activities, by ensuring: Maine CAHs maintain sustainability of Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement Project (MBQIP) reporting by providing Needs Assessment administration support and MBQIP data analysis/reporting. Guide CAHs through the Needs Assessment to identify opportunities for improvements in the following MBQIP measure areas: Core Patient Safety/Inpatient Measures; Core Patient Engagement Measures
