Specifications include, but are not limited to: All Suites•Empty waste baskets; collect trash; clean, sanitize and line waste baskets in all areas.•Sweep, dry mop or vacuum all non-carpeted floors.•Clean and disinfect the tables, chair arms, counters, and exterior of microwaves and refrigerator(s) in break rooms (2). •November through March –vacuum the carpets and all floor entry mats/runners in the private office space in all suites (4) and remove spots by cleaning or shampooing as needed.Suite 100•Vacuum the carpets and all floorentry mats/runners in the lobby & entryway and remove spots by cleaning or shampooing.•Wash both sides of glass doors, entry way glass and any glass partitions/walls in lobby & entryway.•Clean & disinfect the reception window and ledge.•Clean and disinfect tables & chair arms, door handles and light switches in lobby and entry way using unscented, antibacterial solution or disposable wiping cloth.•Keep custodial closets (if available) clean and free of odors.Suites 200 & 225 •Vacuum the carpets and all floor entry mats/runners ineach of the two (2) lobbies, the three (3) public meeting rooms and three (3) conference roomsand remove spots by cleaning or shampooing. •Wash both sides of glass doors, entry way glass and any glass partitions/walls in each of the two (2) lobbies, the three (3) public meeting rooms, and three (3) conference rooms.•Clean and disinfect the reception window and its ledge in each of the two (2) lobbies.•Clean and disinfect tables & chair arms, door handles and light switches in public areas, including each of the two (2) lobbies, three (3) public meeting rooms and three (3) conference rooms using unscented, antibacterial solution or disposable wiping cloth.
