Specifications include, but are not limited to: Regular Required Tasks Common Areas(to include cleaning supplies) Tuesday and Thursdays Complete hygienic cleaning of all restrooms especially around toilets, urinals and sinks including the walls and floors around toilet, urinal areas and sink areas, showers floors, walls (Cleaning Restrooms Specification, Custodial Services General Specifications), wipe and sanitize handrails, refill toilet paper leaving an extra roll(s) in the restroom, refill paper towels, soap, urinal tablets, and change shower curtains when needed, etc. Clean sanitize all glass/mirrors and porcelain fixtures. Empty waste baskets; collect trash; clean, sanitize and line waste baskets: the contractor will be responsible for physically removing and disposing of trash from the facility to the Department’s supplied dumpster. Collect recyclables and remove to recycling bins(zero sort). Vacuum carpet: remove spots by cleaning or shampooing as necessary inside and out. Sweep, dry mop or vacuum and damp mop all non-carpeted floors. Wash door glass, interior windows and glass walls. Maintain/clean all entry floor mats and runners. Sweep, dry mop or vacuum and damp mop all rubberized floors. Clean drinking fountains using a clean cloth (Custodial Services General Specifications). Wipe and disinfect counters, tables and hard surface chairs in the break rooms, conference rooms and lobby areas. Clean, disinfect and sanitize counters, sinks, and door knobs, and panic bars on all doors. Police entrances to building; pick up trash, etc. Keep custodial closets clean and free of odors. Once a Week Low and mid-level dusting (up to 6 feet). Vacuum foot grills between the rails. Remove finger prints from light switches Dust vending machine and clean glass Monthly Tasks High level dusting (above 6 feet). Vacuum air intake and exhaust grills. Vacuum to foot grills between the rails, Remove and clean frames and pans.
