Specifications include, but are not limited to: Dust, clean and sanitize all exercise equipment and exercise matting. Vacuum equipment i. e. treads walking surfaces, feet pedals, etc. Empty waste baskets; collect trash; clean, sanitize and line waste baskets: the contractor will be responsible for physically removing and disposing of trash from the facility to the Department’s supplied dumpster. Collect recyclables and remove to recycling bins(zero sort). Vacuum carpet: remove spots by cleaning or shampooing as necessary. Sweep, dry mop or vacuum and damp mop all rubberized floors. Wash door glass, interior windows and glass walls. Maintain/clean all entry floor mats and runners. Clean drinking fountains using a clean cloth (Custodial Services General Specifications). Clean, disinfect and sanitize counters, sinks, and door knobs, and panic bars on all doors.
