Specifications include, but are not limited to: Clinical Consultation Services Comply with the Department’s Mental Health Agency Licensing Standards, refer to https://www.maine.gov/dhhs/dlc/licensing/MH-LicensingStandards/index.html. Ensure sufficient clinical staff are available to provide Clinical Consultation Services in-person and/or by phone for up to fourteen (14) hours per month, per District, specifically: Clinical Consultation Services for OCFS staff, (Child Protective Services (CPS) and Intake Unit staff) shall be held in-person, and may include reviewing case records prior to the meetings for a duration of four (4) hours per month; Clinical Consultation Services, as needed for specific cases, for a duration of two (2) hours per week, and may include obtaining a verbal or written summary of the case from the CPS staff or reviewing case records prior to the meetings; and Clinical Consultation Services for OCFS staff and child welfare community providers shall be held in-person for a duration of two (2) hours per month. Clinical Support Services Ensure clinical staff are certified in a Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) training prior to providing Clinical Support Services to Department staff. CISM trainings must be approved by the Department prior to utilization. Provide CISM and Debriefing Services, in-person to CPS staff in each District Office, upon requests. Debriefing Services shall be held within the time frames established within the specific CISM protocol. Provide other CISM interventions, as needed, and approved by the Department, including but not limited to: Defusing; Grief and Loss; and Crisis Management.
