Remove and dispose of existing boilers. Install new boilers in location where old boilers were removed. Install piping to connect the new boilers to the building water loop. Provide appropriate exhaust venting for the boilers with vent piping exiting the building at ground level and termination above the anticipated snow line. Connect boiler system to existing louver damper actuator to provide combustion air, or install dedicated combustion air piping. Connect boilers to existing electricity (208V, 3 Ph) and natural gas services. Provide all boiler /system accessories necessary for a fully functional boiler system. Provide control system to sequence boilers and provide maximum operating efficiency. Start and test boilers to ensure proper operation.
