Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Audio/Video System Contractor shall observe the equipment plans and detail drawings to provide a complete system. B. Functional Description: 1. Room Model A: a. The system shall consist of a complete, integrated multimedia presentation system as indicated on plans and specified herein. b. The system shall provide audio/visual capabilities for local presentations, conference calls, and audio/video conferencing using soft codecs on an in-room PC or a user’s laptop. 1) Local presentations are accommodated with a tabletop HDMI connection, an in-room PC video source, and a wireless video system. Coordinate network connections and configuration of the wireless video system with the State’s IT department prior to installation. 2) Conference calls are enabled using the VoIP connection on the Audio DSP. Coordinate network connections and VoIP configuration with the State’s IT department prior to installation. 3) Soft codec audio/video conferencing is enabled via USB connections to the in-room PC and a user’s laptop device. All USB connections use standard UVC and UAC drivers c. System control shall be through wall mounted color touchscreen controller. The touchscreen controller shall include buttons and navigation pages for the following functions: 1) System Initialization – The touchscreen provides shortcuts to start the system in one of several modes. (a) Presentation – Turns on video displays and activates video, audio, and control headend equipment. Touchscreen displays the Main Interface described below after initialization. (b) Video Conference - Turns on video displays and activates video, audio, and control headend equipment. Touchscreen displays the Main Interface described below after initialization, with the Video Conference tab selected. A. The projection screen shall be motorized with recessed enclosure and tensioned screen. B. The front projection screen shall mount flushed with the ceiling. C. The unit shall ship in two parts: screen roll and above-ceiling enclosure. Deliver projection screens in manufacturer's protective covering. Handle finished surfaces with care to prevent damage. D. Ceiling enclosure shall be installed during ceiling grid installation. Screen roll shall be installed after ceiling tile and lighting is installed. E. Screen size shall be as noted on plan. F. Motor and Controls: 3 wire quick reversal motor ball bearing with automatic overload cut-out and interlocking gears, preset accessible limit switch to automatically stop screen in "up" and "down" position, with RS-232 connection to control system processor 2.30 PROJECTOR A. Provide ceiling mounted projector with the following minimum requirements: 1. Brightness: 7000 ANSI lumens minimum 2. Light Source: Laser Diode 3. Contrast: 10000:1 minimum 4. Aspect ratio: 16:10 5. Color: White 10.Lens: Provide appropriate lens to meet installation requirements detailed on plans and specifications
