Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.An executive summary of the entire project 2.An updated Historic Preservation Design Manual including new graphics and photos 3.Final draft amendments to Lewiston’s Zoning Ordinance for all sections related to design or site plan review 4.An amended zoning map that depicts new design or character districts and associated form based code, design standards or design guidelines, to be determined as the project progresses 5.An updated Development Review Application that clarifies and simplifies the application form while reflecting the updated design regulations 6.Recommendations to streamline and reasonably expedite the development review and approval process 7.An implementation and outreach guide to help explain and promote Lewiston’s new design regulations 8.Participation in a minimum of three (3) public meetings and monthly Project Review Committee meetings.
