Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Reclaim existing pavement producing a 2 inch minus material, remove existing concrete walkway along the north side of the court house. B. Fine grade to the proper slope and pitch so as to provide proper drainage away from the Court House towards the catch basins located along Court Street. C. Properly compact the existing base gravel, purchase and properly place 2 inches of 19mm base hot mix asphalt. (Approximately 280 Tons). D. Purchase and properly place 1 ½ inches of 12.5 mm surface hot mix asphalt (Approximately 210 Tons). E. Stripe parking lot for proper parking. F. The Contractor shall Dig-Safe the project. G. Contractor shall be responsible for proper signage and traffic control
