The City of Presque Isle is requesting letters of interest and statements of qualifications from professional aviation planning and engineering firms (CONSULTANT) interested in producing a development master plan for an aerospace research park to be located at the Presque Isle International Airport. The 70-acre site was part of the former Presque isle Air Force Base which includes former aircraft parking ramps, taxiways, a hangar and a railroad spur. Services shall include stakeholder workshops, field evaluations, site development planning, supply chain/logistics preliminary operations planning, project risk assessment, development cost estimating, potential private/public partnership assessment, and preparation of investor/grant funding solicitation materials
