Specific instructions for the Bidder to provide a narrative response to the Scope of Services may be found in Part IV, Section III, Services to be Provided. Resource Family Support Services Facility and Program Requirements Provide an office location(s) capable of ensuring Statewide services to Resource Families. Operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding State holidays and administrative closings. Provide and maintain a toll-free Warm-Line accessible to callers 24/7/365 with an answering service, as well as an after-hours number. Provide Resource Family Support Services at no cost to all Resource Families throughout the State. Resource Family Support Services Provide, for Department approval, a Statewide Peer Support and Adoption Specific Support Groups Annual Plan, within thirty (30) calendar days of the start of the initial period of performance, which includes: Anticipated modalities, locations, times, and facilitators delineated by county. Prior to reducing the number of Peer Support and Adoption Specific Peer Support Groups, seek approval from the Department. Provide Peer Support and Adoption Specific Support Groups to Resource Families. Peer Support Group Provide in-person, virtual, or hybrid Peer Support Groups in each of the State’s sixteen (16) counties which shall: Be held, at minimum, once per month; Provide childcare for attendees; Provide trainings related to the needs of Resource Families; and Offer informal supports such as encouragement, comfort, and advice. Facilitate the Peer Support Group or work with OCFS District staff and other Community Partners in providing administrative or other forms of assistance to an existing Peer Support Group within each county.
