Washington County Community College is investigating the cost to clean the residence halls. Due to budget constraints the college reserves the right to refuse any and all proposals. In addition, the college reserves the right to reject any or all bids and is not necessarily bound to accept the lowest bid if that bid is contrary to the best interest of WCCC. Project Description/ Bid Submission Sheet: 1. Living Room: Wash walls, windows, furniture, doors, closet shelves, baseboards, re-hang curtains where needed. 2. Kitchen: Wash walls, windows, stove, exhaust hood, fridge, cabinets, sink, light fixture, fire extinguisher, kitchen table and chairs, baseboards, sanitize kitchen (both fridge & stove will need to be moved in order to clean behind) 3. Bathroom: Wash walls, floors, sinks & vanity, mirrors, toilet, shower, lights and fan fixtures, shelves, bi-fold door, sanitize bathroom. 4. Hallway: Wash walls, light fixture. 5. Bedrooms:(3) Wash walls, windows, closets, doors, furniture, beds, baseboards. 6. Responsibility for moving the furniture as needed will be up to the cleaning contractor.
