1. The contractor shall maintain a minimum one lane of one-way alternating traffic at all times. 2. Only one paving operation will be allowed at one time, excluding hand placed paving, unless otherwise approved by Resident. 3. The contractor shall plan operations so that the Resident will have sufficient advance notification to provide the necessary inspection and testing. Sufficient notification will be considered 48 hours. 4. There shall be a 24 hour transition period between switching to or from daytime and nighttime work. The contractors shall give the Department 48 hours notice before switching to or from daytime and nighttime work. 5. Lane closures utilizing one-way alternating traffic between Stations 125+24 to 127+24 (Academy Street intersection) are only allowed 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM 6. The Department will allow the Contractor to detour Section 2: Stations 236+50 to 245+00 (Mechanics Row) traffic on a daily basis. The roadway shall be open to traffic when the Contractor is not working.
