The County of Cochise is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms andindividuals to act as a Public Outreach Coordinator, providing consulting services for theOrganizing Board of the Upper San Pedro Water District (the Board).The Board plans to implement a regional public participation/citizen involvement process withinthe Sierra Vista Sub-Watershed. It is anticipated that the scope of work will be divided into twotasks, the first is to obtain citizen polling and survey information. The second will be to hold two(2) rounds of public information exchange meetings during the estimated time period ofOctober/December 2009 (the exact number to be determined).
