Annual planned maintenance (PM) shall be completed on all overhead sectional doors, sliding doors, rollup doors, electric operators, and loading dock type equipment and shall include but is not limited to the following: A. Complete visual inspection of all doors and all associated door equipment; B. Complete test of all door functions and associated equipment functions, including any safety devices; C. Lubricate, oil, and adjustment of any and all necessary parts, mechanisms, chains, gears, hinges, and any other associated hardware to make and keep doors and door systems fully operational; D. Contractor shall notify the building or site contact person no less than 24 hours in advance of their intent to perform the annual PM work. Contractor shall be sure to make contact with building staff to ensure that the building or site contact person is aware that they have arrived on site; E. All PM work shall be completed during normal business hours;
