The work for the Main Street Pump Station Improvements Project shall consist of, but not be limited to, the complete and satisfactory construction of installation of: Selective demolition, including: o Existing concrete floor, chemical containment walls, miscellaneous electrical equipment, and interior door opening in the Garage o Existing emergency generator, miscellaneous electrical equipment, and concrete pads in the Generator Room o Existing fire sprinkler system Installation of a new emergency generator and automatic transfer switch Maintenance of plant operations, such as a temporary emergency generator and temporary power HVAC, electrical, and plumbing upgrades related to the installation of the new emergency generator Installation of a new mini split system in the Garage, Electrical Room, and Office Replacement of the exhaust fan and damper in the Pump Room Installation of a new building electrical service Installation of new electrical panels in the Electrical Room Installation of a new concrete floor and equipment pads with resinous coating in the Garage Installation of a fall protection system for the pump station roof Replacement of exterior doors and installation of concrete aprons to meet building code requirements Replacement of the existing Garage door Installation of a new double door to the Generator Room Installation of a new door between the Garage and Pump Room Site restoration, including loam & seed
