The Longfellow School Playground Site Work Project includes site improvements associated with a playground reconstruction project. Work will include, but is not limited to, the following: • All demolition and site preparation work as indicated on the plans. • Earthwork, including preparation of new playground areas, new stone dust area, and minor grading associated with the existing playground improvements. • Stormwater improvements, including underdrain systems, storm drainpipe, and basins. • Placing reclaimed granite curbing and features (provided by City on-site) as indicated on the plans. • Relocating and setting existing landscape boulders on site. Providing and setting supplemental landscape boulders on site. • Providing, constructing / installing timber and log edging, footbridge, boardwalk, and timber retaining walls / tunnel play feature
