Product must have a pH between 3-7 D. Product shall contain a total Divalent Chloride Content (magnesium chloride + calcium chloride) 22% plus or minus 2% to produce a final material having a eutectic (freezing) point of -40°F or lower. E. Product must contain a minimum Magnesium Chloride Content of 16%. F. A 3% solution of the corrosion inhibited chemical product shall have a corrosion value of at least 70% less than that of a 3% solution of Sodium Chloride.
